Dear Parents,

As we approach the October half-term, I would like to share some recent highlights with you.

Our recent Open Morning was a great success, with a good turnout and enthusiastic feedback from our attendees. I would like to extend my thanks, once again, to all the pupils who helped make it such a special event. I'm proud of our talented poets who participated in National Poetry Day, providing custom poems that resonated with the emotions of our guests. It has also been wonderful to see the sporting teams coming together for the first fixtures of the year.

Our pupils will soon set out to Belgium for the Battlefields Tour, which will be a memorable educational experience, deepening their connection to history.

I wish you all a restful and enjoyable October half-term.

Mr Alan Whelpdale,

Headmaster
