Deputy Head, Mr. John Partridge, said, “We are so proud of Amana and Alina for taking part in the tournament, and what a fantastic result for Amana! To place in an open event is very impressive, to come away with two trophies is fantastic.”
Amana also placed well in the recent online national Lichess chess event.
Leicester High School for Girls takes great pride in fostering a supportive environment for its students.
