Year 13 Students Embrace Wellbeing Activities
In a bid to prioritise student mental health and overall wellbeing, Year 13 students have been taking part in weekly wellbeing activities like yoga, recognising its potential to enhance their academic performance during this crucial exam year.
The transition from Year 12 to Year 13 can be a challenging one, as students face the pressures of coursework, college applications, and upcoming examinations.
Head of Sixth Form, Mr Ryman, said, “We believe that our student’s success goes hand in hand with their wellbeing. By introducing yoga and other wellbeing activities, we hope to equip our Year 13 students with tools that will not only help them excel academically but also lead healthier, more balanced lives."
