The entrants to the competition presented academic research in the style of a realistic academic poster with strict criteria on style and referencing. Sabine researched Brexit and its effect on the UK economy whilst Shambhavi presented the latest research on anti-matter.

Both students will now face questioning on their research to decide the final winner. Head of Science, Mr Andrew McMurray said, "Congratulations to both finalists who have shown outstanding research and communication skills already with their entries."
