Royal Navy Leads Team-Building Day at Leicester High School for Girls
Leicester High School for Girls was delighted to welcome the Royal Navy for two exciting team-building days with Senior School students.
The event featured a series of challenges designed to promote teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills. Students participated in activities such as the building of a communication tower and humanitarian transport.
The Royal Navy’s Attract Team emphasised the importance of communication as the foundation for effective teamwork and leadership. Students tackled each challenge with enthusiasm, successfully demonstrating their ability to collaborate, strategise, and communicate effectively.
Mr. Andrew McMurray, Head of Enrichment, commented, "This was a fantastic opportunity for our students to experience teamwork. The Royal Navy gave them a chance to develop skills that will be invaluable throughout their lives."
