The programme began with a warm introduction over hot chocolate, where the girls met their “sisters” for the first time. Over the coming months, they will:

• Make a gift for their sister.
• Explore the school together, sharing favourite wall displays and spaces.
• Read to each other and share stories.
• Visit at break times to strengthen friendships.
• Attend events together, building connections across year groups.

Assistant Head of the Junior Department, Pippa Gibbs, said:
"This programme helps our younger girls feel supported while giving our older students the chance to grow as mentors."
