Leicester High School for Girls Celebrates Exceptional GCSE Results
Leicester High School for Girls is proud to announce an outstanding set of GCSE results, showcasing the exceptional academic achievements of its students, and reflecting on their hard work and dedication.
- 39% of all grades were awarded the highest grade 9.
- 68% of grades were 9 to 8.
- 83% of grades were 9 to 7.
- An impressive 93% of grades were 9 to 6, emphasising consistent excellence across the board.
- 27% of students achieved all 9s and 8s.
- 48% of students secured all 9s, 8s, and 7s.
These results follow on from the School’s strong A-Level performance earlier this month, further establishing Leicester High School for Girls as a leading institution for academic excellence.
Headmaster, Mr Alan Whelpdale, praised the students, stating, “These exceptional GCSE results reflect the commitment our students have shown to their studies. They should be extremely proud of their achievements, which are a testament to their hard work and the high standards we uphold at Leicester High School for Girls.
