Lightning are a professional Premiership Rugby side and compete in the Allianz Premier 15s. This picture shows the girls in the middle of a practice drill. After the training session we were treated to a VIP tour of the sport and gym facilities.

The girls also had a Q&A session with more of the Lightning squad, many of whom are international rugby players. The highlight of the Q&A was a session with the current England Red Roses Captain, Sarah Hunter.

The whole event inspired the girls to take the game further and we are now looking for a fixture to play our first match.
