International Women's Day 2023
On Wednesday 8 March, we were delighted to welcome several inspiring women to LHS for International Women's Day. Our speakers were:
- Malvika Jaganmohan: Specialist Family Law Practitioner
- Rebecca Ots: British Airways Pilot
- Sarah Roach: Senior Product Manager, Deliveroo
- Sarah Higgins: Corporate Coach, Power of Love Leadership
- Kate Parkinson: Co-Founder, Head Set- Room 14
- Dominie Cripps: Owner and Founder, Bowden Stores
The speakers provided inspiring insights into their lives and careers to girls from Years 9 to 13. The day would not have been possible without the help of the Year 12 IWD committee who produced the posters, organised students on the day and helped to ensure all the talks ran smoothly.
