Congratulations to the KS3 Badminton Team, who claimed second place at a recent tournament hosted by Moat College. The team played four competitive matches, winning three, demonstrating impressive skill, teamwork and determination throughout.
Mr Sam Tratt, Sports Coach at Leicester High School for Girls said, “The girls thoroughly enjoyed the event, gaining valuable match experience and representing Leicester High with pride.”
Looking ahead, Leicester High School for Girls is excited to host its Parent-Daughter Badminton Competition on Monday 10 February at 4pm. This friendly event invites students to team up with a parent or guardian for a session of doubles matches. Open to all ability levels, the competition promises to be a fantastic opportunity for some fun, fitness, and friendly rivalry.
