Senior Choir Reaches Final of Leicestershire Choir of the Year Competition

The final will take place at the end of March, where the choir will compete against top ensembles from across the county.

The choir impressed the judges with their talent and dedication, demonstrating outstanding vocal ability and harmony. Their achievement was also shared with the school community, as they performed in Assembly, showcasing the beautiful sound that earned them their place in the final.

Head of Music, Miss Proctor, expressed pride in the choir’s accomplishment:

"This is a fantastic achievement for our Senior Choir. Their hard work and enthusiasm for singing have been evident in every rehearsal and performance. We are excited for the final and proud to represent Leicester High School for Girls in such a prestigious competition."
